FAQs

What do I bring?

Where do I register?

Bring a water bottle and wear comfortable dance clothes and shoes. For certain classes, you may also want to bring kneepads, jackets, or heels. Be sure to check our Instagram posts and registration forms for specific recommendations.

How are classes structured?

Classes are typically one hour long but may occasionally run overtime at the instructor's discretion. The first 5-10 minutes will include introductions, a warm-up, and a brief overview of what to expect. The following 40-45 minutes will focus on learning choreography, with the last 10 minutes dedicated to filming.
If you are an international student or a non-native English speaker, please feel free to ask the instructor to slow down or repeat instructions. You can also ask questions in Mandarin if needed.

What if I am running late?

All class registrations must be completed through Google Forms. You can find the link at the bottom of our website or in the company’s Instagram bio.
Payment details will be included in the confirmation emails, which will be sent once the required number of participants has been reached.

Age Limits

Most classes are organized by experience level. If you believe you fit the level, you’re welcome to join a class, regardless of whether you are seven or sixty years old (see below for the levels system). However, please note that certain classes may be restricted to more mature audiences. For specific details, be sure to check our Instagram posts and registration forms.

Levels System

If you find yourself running late, please don’t worry! Just send us an email or a direct message on Instagram to let us know.

Are there change rooms and water fountains?

There are no dedicated change rooms; however, you can use the washrooms to change your attire. While there are no water fountains available, you can fill your water bottle at the kitchen sink. If you prefer, feel free to bring your own water.

These descriptions are meant to give you an idea of what to expect, but please don’t feel restricted by these guidelines. Everyone’s dance journey is unique, and individuals may progress at different rates. Choose the level that feels most suitable for you.

  • Beginner: Little to no experience.

  • Beginner/Intermediate: Suitable for both beginners and intermediates, taught at a faster pace than beginner classes.

  • Intermediate: 1-3 years of experience.

  • Intermediate/Advanced: 3-5 years of experience, with a much faster class pace.

What is the refund policy?

Unfortunately, once payment is received, we cannot provide refunds or credits unless the instructor cancels the class.

Can parents watch the classes?

Unfortunately, we do not allow parents to watch their children during class, as it may make other students uncomfortable. However, you are welcome to come in for the last 10 minutes of class to film your child.
